Teemu Santonen
Santonen received his Ph.D. degree in Information Systems Science from Helsinki School of Economics in Finland in 2005. Currently Dr. Santonen is a principal lecturer at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences and he is leading Massidea.org project. Santonen has over 12 years consulting experience in leading Finnish financial, media and ICT sector organizations. His current research and business interests include mass collaboration and customization, innovation management, digital products/social media related business models and commerlization of neurophysiological research methods. He has published articles in international peer-refereed conferences and journals such as International Journal of Bank Marketing and International Journal of Mass Customization.

Eva Rio-Novoa
Rio-Novoa got her Degree in Business Sciences from the University of Vigo in 2008. She joined Massidea development team in September 2009 as a research trainee and she is now a project worker. Her current tasks within the project include localization and translation management, content production and management and maintenance of the developers’ page. She is also supervising Massidea interns during the summer period.
