Excercising is medicine for the body and mind, why don't people excercise enough?
Excercise is good for body and mind and could help out in problems that are often solved with food, you either over eat and undereat. Excercise gives you good control over your body and it releases endorfines, yet people seem to excercise les and les every year. How can this be stopped?
