Cultural billboard in the middst of Rovaniemi
The idea is to create a billboard for cultural events and happenings to raise awareness of local culture-related ideas. The billboard should be situated in the center of the city to have as many people as possible passing by and stopping to glare at it. There is no such thing yet in Rovaniemi.
