There is no easy way of informing moderators about bad keywords in Massidea.org
There are documents in Massidea.org that have misleading keywords or lack some keywords related to articles, and there is no quick and easy way to fix these.
Why?
When search engines are used documents and web pages are searched through keywords, and if the keywords tagged into a document or a web page are not same as used in search then the document or the web page is left unfound. This is why use of standardised keywords is important in search engine optimisation. It also places pressure on the writers of documents and web pages to place suitable commonly used keywords as tags, so that the document or the web page could be found later by someone who is searching it or something that it is related to.
What?
There are documents in Massidea.org which are not tagged with suitable keywords. These documents cause problems for people searching ideas, visions, or problems around some particular topic. If user has not placed proper tags on his idea it is easily lost. Moderators cannot check all the documents and alter missing or false tags. On the other hand users cannot easily give suggestions for new keywords in away that would allow moderator quickly fix the problem.
Who?
Webpage programmers should design system that allows users to note moderators of unsuitable keywords and leave their own suggestions in way that lets moderators to make changes as easily as possible.
When and where?
These changes should be made into a new layout of Massidea.org, when one is designed, to make moderating and using Massidea.org more easier.
Research question: What kind of changes are needed for users to note moderators easily about problems with documents keywords?
