Rehabilitation should be ensured with government support in affected countries
The countries who are affected by the natural disasters are considered to be rehabilitated. But it should be done with full government support.
Couple of times in each year many countries are attacked by several natural calamity. Tsunami, Flood, Cyclones are most damaging calamity. These cause big loss to the country. Many countries face great financial burden in every year. Asian countries are most risky.
As this is the common phenomenon in those countries, therefore there are some organizations who work for the proper delivery of the relief and other post occurrence.
But there is a problem with their rehabilitation plan. They try to help the people by their own non government organizations situated in different affected countries. They get the permission from the government but the total procedures should be done with the plan taken by the government of the affected countries. Because if the help is considered as donation then the rehabilitation will not be succeeded. But if there is a direct interaction of government to implement the whole system then government can also contribute to install a long life rehabilitation. When the countries donate differently they can cover one side of the project on the other hand the government take initiative to cover another side. Therefore the project remains incomplete. But it would be better to complete the project all together.
