CHANGE DRIVERS FOR ELDERLY CARE COMPETENCE
The project seeks answers to topical challenges in elderly care encountered by the cities of Espoo and Vantaa. Participants work to reform service structures and work methods through innovative experiments, by developing staff competence and by increasing networking.

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION OF NURSING CARE (eNNI)
The project has created an operating model for improving the competence of care staff (nurses, midwives, physiotherapists) in health care organisations and of teachers and students of nursing at universities of applied sciences, in recording electronic patient data.
