Concentration to quality not guarantee or warranty in Europe
The electric goods producing companies are paying their attention to service after buying not quality.
These days in European countries electric goods are being sold with a lot of services after purchases. The customers are getting attracted to get to know the lucrative offers. There is nothing to say that business and companies do what the customers demand from them. We totally agree with this business conception. But in case of Europe this concept of business is bothering the customers. Because, the customers are buying the goods seeing the offers that implies that they are not paying attention onto the quality of the products. But when the goods are found with any problem they are not getting proper solutions from the sellers. The customers are either replaced the same model whereas possibility to happen the same problem or kept wait for the long time to solve their problem. But interestingly after completion of the after purchase services like guarantee the products are being totally a useless device and when the customers go for repairing the charge is higher than the original price of the products. It means the quality is being measured in company until the guarantee or warranty.
But this should not be happened in Europe because the majority customers are mainly quality oriented but they can not think of it as the companies do not allow the customers to think like the way customers want.
This is good for the marketers as they are doing very good business. And competitive advantage is increasing.
